Our local realestate companies all have web sites. But I know your talking about bypassing realestate companies.

UK?
Buy your local paper with the property supplement. We have 2 advertising this service and for a fixed fee ( about £350 up front) they advertise it on their website until it is sold. They have no shop display and rely on people visiting their websites for a sale.

We did, and we got alot of response. The website we used was through the local newspaper, so the ad appeared on the internet as well as the paper. Of course, we were inundated with real estate agents who insisted we couldn’t sell it without their help at $10,000 commission. I am happy to report we did just fine on our own. Quick and easy. Just fill in the blanks and choose the pricing.
