Must raided illegal immigrants leave everything behind?
Good news ICE is finally waking up here. There’s a lot of immigration-related raids lately, about 1300 illegals, mostly Mexicans, got raided and arrested in the last 2 weeks in California. ICE is raiding repeat and dangerous criminals first in line. California becomes slowly a better and safer place.
So here’s my question. How does a raid exactly work? Are these people allowed to get their goodies, quick-sell house, cars, TV, etc, or do they just have 5min to pack their favorite stuff in a handbad and leave all the rest behind (which could be sold at auctions etc to pay millions back to the govt for eg raid and incarceration costs) ?
If the raid is a the workplace can they pass home?

You mean to imply that these illegals actually outright own real estate?

Raid protocol generally allows for personal information to be gathered either at the time or prior to deportation. Of course the illegal community are generally the ones who network. The big stuff is lost, which is why illegals operate on cash.

no they go straight to jail. They won’t have time to stop by the house even if the jail bus pass his/her home. Then spend time in jail till their case is called. Then wala….out of the country

NO ICE does not care they dont care if you have a family at home or how much you will leave behind belive me ICE picked my fieance up and im pregnate they put him in a detention center the only thing he got to take with him was what he had on him at the time no extra money or clothes NOTHING they figure the less you take the better, its better for them to cause most likely it will get lost at a detention center my husband (now,after 6 month in dention centers) still has not recieved his wallet or phone that was taken at the first detention center he was in.

No they have to leave everything behind, as well they should have to. They broke the law and tresspassed in our country. I just wish they had to take their anchore babies with them.

No one gets to go home on their way to jail. Illegals are no different than the rest of the criminals they go to jail with empty pockets and no shoe laces.

I hope they go to where i work and get 20 something illegal aliens off where i work. these people came in to California illegally and they have attitude as if they own the place. Rude, and slashes tires of legal migrants just because they think this is mexico.
