What you are looking for does not exist. Any company who is willing to purchase your property quickly will not pay you full value. Their only motive to buy it from you is to sell it for a profit. If they pay you full appraised value, they have no room to make any money themselves.
Considering that anyone buying it may have to pay a realtor to sell it, they’ll lose a few percent right there. Add in closing costs, carrying costs, etc… and you’ll be lucky to find someone to pay you 80% of the appraised value for a quick sale.
Go find the biggest agent in your area. Many of them will offer sales guarantees, and will buy it from you if they don’t sell it in X time for X price.
