In Singapore you can pay anything from a few hundred a month to literally tens of thousands USD a month depending on how new, how large and where in Singapore it’s located.
Your best bet is to google appartments / flats for rent in singapore.

Way too much unless you want to live in the low rent district as it is called in America and those places can be in the need of up keep and safety
So if you live in the 02 or 04 district expect to pay 5 to 7 thousand a month or buy the condo for 3 to 6 million U.S. Dollars Or 3.5 to 7 thousand a month for sub leasing if there are any left
In the 27 district expect to pay 2500 a month

The rental had gone up during the last property price surge and is at an unrealistic high. You pay about S$1500 for a flat now that used to cost S$1000 a month. If you are not in a hurry wait a couple of months for the price to actually drop.

It costs about $1500 to $1800 now to rent a small one room one hall HDB flat in Singapore.
Extremely expensive when compared to the past when it used to cost only a few hundred dollars.
Probably you should only sign a contract of one year and see if the price drops next year.

it depends on which area you’re looking for, you can get list of residential property or private property for rental on this local Sg site 88db,i guess if you intend to rent a whole flat for a 2 room flat, it would be around S$1k and above, and you can also get a private property for rental like a condominium for about $2900….hope this helps

Depend on the location, publib housing (HDB) or a private apartment.
Normally, a 2 bedrooms HDB unit rental is about S$1200 to S$2500. The cheapest is at Esate like Woodlands, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang and etc. The most expensive is at Tiong Bahru, Marine Parade, Town area and etc.
For a 2 bedrooms private apartment, the rental is about S$2000 and above.
