Why did my neighbor rent a back-hoe from United Rent-All recently?
It’s parked in his front yard right now.
With the narrow gravel roads and the sharp turns, I’m not sure how he got the thing through the trailer park.
He did take out a paper birch sappling that was planted near the front gate…which he took off, too (but the rusty ol’ thing would of fallen off pretty soon anyway).

You know…I know your neighbor…he wants to be Mr Kool and look like big projects are blooming…besides he has a relative who works at the rent place and gets a good deal when nobody else wants it. He just mentioned to someone that the treee was bothering him and …wow the back-hoe….Don’t you know him enough by now?
