Many college book stores sell used textbooks at a reasonable price and buy them back when you no longer want them.

I have personally used Textbooks.com this semester. I paid $130 for two books, but as long as they are returned in the same condition after the semester, I will get back over $90.
There are “rental” sites like chegg.com, but for my books, they were more expensive.

You could try searching for your textbooks at . I know they search a bunch of rental sites to find textbooks. They some times can even find you, your book for less then what it would cost to rent it. Plus when your done with it you can still sell it back to for a guaranteed buy back rate. It’s pretty cool and worth the look.
